By using unpikl.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Unpikl Is — and Isn't

Unpikl provides information and matching only. You answer a short assessment about a financial situation, and we show you up to three categories of options that may be worth exploring. If you'd like help, you give us your contact details, and we may connect you with one or more third-party providers.

The categories shown are general informational starting points, not offers, quotes, pre-qualifications, or determinations of your eligibility for anything. We don't check your credit, and no automated decision is made about you.

Unpikl is not a lender and doesn't make loans. Unpikl doesn't buy homes. Unpikl doesn't negotiate debt on your behalf. Unpikl is not a law firm, doesn't represent anyone before the IRS or any state tax authority, and doesn't provide legal, tax, financial, or credit advice. Unpikl is not a nonprofit, is not accredited by or affiliated with any trade association, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency. Unpikl doesn't hold itself out as licensed to provide any regulated financial, legal, or tax service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this site.

The Information You Give Us

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us in the assessment and the contact form. Don't give us information you know to be false. We, and any third-party provider we connect you with, may rely on what you say.

No Guarantee of Any Outcome

Nothing on this site is a promise or a guarantee. We don't guarantee that you'll be approved for, qualify for, or receive any product or service; that you'll get any particular offer, rate, or amount; that you'll save money; or that any category shown will turn out to be available or suitable for your situation. Outcomes depend entirely on the third-party provider and your own circumstances.

Third-Party Providers

If you ask to be connected with help, we may share your information with one or more third-party providers. Those providers are independent businesses. We don't control them, we don't supervise their services, and we aren't responsible for what they do, what they charge, or any agreement you enter into with them. Any transaction or relationship you form with a provider is between you and that provider, under that provider's own terms.

Compensation

Intellectual Property

The site — including its text, design, graphics, and the Unpikl name and logo — belongs to RDRA LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.

Prohibited Use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Give us false or misleading information.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms.
• Try to access, scrape, or copy the site's content or code by automated means.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Use the site on someone else's behalf without their knowledge and permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND THE ASSESSMENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CATEGORY, PROVIDER, OR OUTCOME SHOWN WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RDRA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RDRA LLC, and its officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
